No. 01 — The Method

Every seat is a square. The live problem is the diamond.

  1. 01

    Show up on Monday

1PM, at that week's host venue. Buy your own lunch. That's the whole barrier to entry.

  2. 02

One member brings a real challenge

A live business problem — something they're genuinely stuck on or deciding. Not a pitch, not a hypothetical.

  3. 03

    The whole table works it

Collaborative problem-solving and honest critical thinking from operators who've been there. Everyone leaves sharper.

  4. 04

    You're accountable next week

Commitments made at the table get checked in on between meetings — so the work actually gets done.

No. 02 — No Barriers

Open membership, stated plainly.

  • No dues.

No membership fee, ever. Show up and buy your own lunch at the host venue — that's it.

  • No pitching.

No referral quota, no thirty-second commercial, no sales floor. Real problems only.

  • Real accountability.

Between-meeting check-ins make sure the commitments made at the table are actually followed through.

  • Guests welcome.

No application, no exclusivity screening. Visit a Monday before you commit to anything.

No. 03 — Questions

The things a skeptic asks first.

Nothing to join. There are no dues and no membership fee. You buy your own lunch at whichever venue is hosting that week — the same as you'd pay eating out anywhere else.

No. There's no application and no exclusivity screening. It's open to any B2B business owner or operator. The best way in is to come as a guest and see a Monday for yourself.

No — and that's the whole point. Nobody pitches, nobody works a referral quota. Each week is one member's real challenge worked by the group. If you came to sell, you'd have nothing to do.

That's completely fine. Come as a guest, sit in, and see how the table works. You don't have to bring a challenge or say a word until you're ready.

The core commitment is Mondays at 1PM and following through on what you say you'll do. When you bring a challenge and the table helps, you're accountable for the next step — that accountability is what makes it worth showing up.

No. 04 — Beyond Mondays

The table is the point. The rest is a bonus.

We run the occasional social and special event outside the core Monday cadence — but we don't over-program. And as the group grows, decisions about how it's structured get brought to the table as challenges and worked together, the same as everything else.

The Invitation

Come as a guest. Your seat is waiting.

Mondays / 1PM / a different local spot each week.

You've read how it works. The only thing left is to sit down at the table.
